Swimmers use hand paddles during most workouts to help build strength and develop a more efficient catch. An essential swimming tool which pairs perfectly with our two sizes of pull buoy. Our paddles come in 3 sizes for different levels of resistance. We would recommend that smaller swimmers use the small and medium sizes to offer a variation of resistance, and larger swimmers use the medium and large sizes. These are not recommended for younger swimmers who are still growing or people with shoulder problems.
